New Year Reboot
A Winter Yoga Retreat
January 14th-17th, 2016
3 nights, 4 days
Recharge this winter, with Kim, in the mountains of Stowe, Vermont. We will use this 3-night retreat to recharge the spirit and refresh our mental outlook, as we step into 2016. Students can choose from the many daily activities that are included in the cost of the retreat:
- Morning Meditation with Kim (pranayama, chanting and reflection).
- Afternoon Yoga Practice with Kim (movement and philosophy).
- Guided snow shoe hike (snow shoes available for you to use at no additional cost).
- Plenty of free time for you to explore the charming New England village, soak in the hot tub, or relax in the sauna.
- 3 healthy, vegetarian meals a day. Including a welcome dinner upon arrival and a departure breakfast.
Optional excursions paid for by each participant (not included in the cost of the retreat): Private Lessons with Kim (1hr or 1.5 hr lessons exclusively with Kim. Email her for more information and pricing),Downhill skiing, cross country skiing, sleigh rides, indoor ice skating. Kim will offer a few of these activities, for an option, as an afternoon group-activity.
Choose from the following accommodations (please note, unless otherwise indicated, all bathrooms are shared):
- Bunk Bed Room (six beds total/private bath)- $550/person
- Shared Room (2-3 beds per room)- $650/person
- Couple’s Room (1 bed/queen) -$750/person
