Sample Yoga Retreat Schedule
Each yoga retreat conducted at Stowe Mountain Ranch Retreats has a daily schedule determined by you the yoga studio/ teacher sponsoring the retreat.
As examples, some retreats may be focused on a combination of yoga and outdoor recreation and others on teacher training. The attached schedule for a 3 day yoga & outdoor recreation retreat (non-teacher training) might look as follows.
Your retreat will be unique and you will decide your schedule. We are happy to collaborate with you and make sure it meets your goals.
